Requesting "Incident Report" Card information

First of all, thank you so much for your support! We really appreciate it! 
This page is a simple guide on how you can get your own “Incident Report” card. We have a few rules in place, but they are quite tame.

These are as follows:

  • The character must be 18 or above. There are no exceptions to this rule.
  • The character you request must be your own Original character! This means that the character you request must NOT be a copyrighted character (Eg: no pokemons, we’re sorry), and cannot feature items that might fall under a different copyright. (An example would be a logo from a company).
  • You can pick your own Incident, you may write it all up exactly as you’d like (Maximum 200 words), or just say a few things about it and we can fill in the blanks. This can be anything, but if you’d like your document to be featured in the game, we need to make it fit the world. This basically just means, don’t make your character a demigod ;) And of course, no offensive, illegal or otherwise disturbing content. This also goes for those that won’t be in the game. If you’re not sure, feel free to ask and we’ll tell you if it’s okay or not!
  • The time it takes to make one will vary, but we won’t take longer than 30 days, and we really don’t think any single one would take even half that long, unless something happens to either one of us.

Now, with that out of the way, here’s what we’ll need. If you’d like to request a custom CV, please message us on either Subscribestar or Patreon, and give us the following details about your character:

  • Full name 
  • Gender 
  • Age
  • Species 
  • Blood type
  • Charge
  • The actual incident report you’d like, or just give us a rough idea and we’ll make the rest fit the game world!
  • And, of course, we will need a few examples or refs of your character. Something simple is fine, just something we can use to get an idea of them!

We’ll try our best to answer as soon as possible, to let you know if we accept the request or it needs some modifications!
